One of the strongest choices if you want to actually learn programming for free. It has structured certifications, projects, coding exercises, and courses covering HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, data analysis and more. It is widely regarded as one of the best genuinely free coding platforms.
2. Khan Academy
Excellent for computer programming plus the math and science foundations that are useful for technology careers.
3. MIT OpenCourseWare
Free MIT course materials, including computer science, algorithms, AI, mathematics, electrical engineering and other STEM subjects. It is especially good if you want university-level material without paying tuition.
4. Harvard CS50
Harvard's famous introductory computer-science curriculum. A particularly good starting point if you want to understand programming and computer science from the ground up.

Huge selection of university and industry courses in AI, machine learning, programming, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing and IT. Excellent if your goal is web development/full-stack development. It is completely free and heavily project-based.
8. Codecademy

The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning, associated with India's IITs and IISc. It has extensive university-level courses in engineering, computer science, AI, mathematics and technology. NPTEL is described as one of the world's largest MOOC platforms.

The Open University's free learning platform. It includes courses in computing, technology, digital skills, data and related subjects.
18. Stanford Online
Stanford provides a variety of online educational material, including computer science, AI, machine learning and engineering. Availability of completely free material varies by course.
19. MDN Web Docs
One of the most important free resources for serious web developers. Particularly valuable for HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Web APIs. It's more of a technical learning/documentation platform than a traditional school, but it's extremely useful.
